Overview
A growing organization is launching a major expansion to its senior living community and is seeking a Sales & Marketing Director. This role will lead the strategy and execution of all sales efforts, manage a high-performing team, and drive occupancy and revenue growth. The environment is highly relationship-driven and hospitality-focused. Responsibilities
Lead the full sales lifecycle — from strategic planning to execution. Manage, motivate, and mentor a sales team to achieve performance goals. Drive measurable results in lead generation, appointments, deposits, occupancy, and revenue. Deliver meaningful prospect experiences that inspire confidence and excitement. Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns and events that attract qualified leads. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field. 3–5 years of proven success in sales leadership, ideally within senior living or hospitality. Proficiency with CRMs and lead management systems; ability to use data for decision making. Strong closing skills with the ability to quickly build trust. High energy, excellent communication, and a collaborative team mindset. Passion for supporting older adults through life transitions. Competitive base salary with commission potential ($100,000 – $125,000 per year). Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off).
