Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.

Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication of technical information to technical and non-technical collaborators across functions and levels.
Excellent leadership, communication, and management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong experience with E-Commerce. Governance experience (including Anti-Fraud and Risk Management) is a plus.
5+ years of experience developing highly scalable backend services and systems.

Compensation Description (Annually): The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $208,800 - $616,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, and location. This role may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits and time off vary by location and employment type. Onboarding benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, 10 holidays, 10 sick days, and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated at hire).
