What You’ll Do
As a Franchise Digital Marketing Specialist at Champion, you’ll support franchisors in meeting their franchise development and growth goals through results-driven digital marketing strategies. Responsibilities include:
Supporting KPI-focused campaigns across all paid media channels (paid social, programmatic display and paid search) to generate franchise leads, drive awareness and grow brand pipelines.
Assisting in account migrations, campaign builds and restructures related to franchise client activity.
Supporting client services through reporting, analysis, lead tracking and quality assurance.
Managing daily search marketing tasks: budget pacing, bid optimization, ad copy testing, keyword management and franchise development lead qualification.
Providing recommendations for messaging, creative, keyword, audience and tactic testing to maximize lead generation results.
Assisting with organic franchise development content strategy and execution.
Conducting data analysis and insights to support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
1–4 years’ experience running paid media campaigns in consumer and/or franchise development lead generation marketing.
Agency experience is strongly preferred.
Hospitality/restaurant industry experience is also a plus.
The Ideal Candidate
Skilled in creating, editing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns – including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and beyond – focused on performance and lead generation.
Skilled in audience targeting and remarketing within LinkedIn and Meta paid campaigns.
Knowledge of multi-channel media planning and strategy.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Data Studio.
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Canva, DashThis and Zapier is a plus.
