Position Summary
The Supplemental Benefits Enterprise Engagement Manager will play a critical role in connecting the dots between retail product solutions and enterprise value. Key Responsibilities
Partner across all CVS Health lines of business to enhance and develop our supplemental benefits offering, including OTC Health Solutions and other targeted benefit programs. Strategically introduce and execute on new CVS Pharmacy product opportunities to broaden partnership depth and increase enterprise value. Deliver and support operational planning for strategic partners as well as work cross-functionally with marketing, inventory, analytics, and product to drive results. Develop & foster partner relationships with key enterprise healthcare stakeholders across strategy, marketing, and operations. Additional Elements
Provide day-to-day management of strategic customer portfolio, analyze and respond to customer feedback, ensuring outcomes and results. Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues in sales support, product management and across the enterprise to cultivate opportunities. Gain and leverage account intelligence trends to drive best practices throughout the customer lifecycle. Develop deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and monitor competitive trends. Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a client-facing role ideally client success, managing relationships with large organizations, preferably in healthcare. 1+ years of experience in analytics and reporting, project management or Salesforce. 1-2 days a week onsite at our corporate office in RI. Education
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of experience. Pay Range
The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $82,940.00 - $182,549.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. Our people fuel our future.
