Executive Assistant – Senior Leadership Support

Standard Business Hours Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Executive Assistant to provide critical support to approximately five Vice Presidents across the organization. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role requiring strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will handle a wide range of responsibilities, from complex calendar management and travel coordination (domestic & international) to expense reporting, meeting coordination, and presentation support. This role requires a forward-thinking problem solver who can anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and act as a true business partner to senior executives. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support for senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements (domestic & international). Prepare and reconcile expense reports and track budgets as required. Draft, edit, and support presentations, documents, and communications for leadership meetings. Serve as a key liaison, collaborating with other executive assistants to ensure seamless communication and coordination of deliverables. Exercise discretion while handling confidential information and sensitive projects. Support functional tasks such as procurement activities, internal communications, and special projects. Interpret and communicate executives’ intent to managers and staff to ensure alignment. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or specialized certification preferred. – years of experience supporting senior executives as an Executive Assistant. Proven ability to handle confidential, complex information with discretion and professionalism. Strong organization, prioritization, and planning skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Concur, and Zoom. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization. Must be able to work onsite as required by executives being supported.
