Hyatt Regency Atlanta is seeking an Event Planning Manager to service hotel services for group business clients. Primary responsibilities include Banquet Food & Beverage, AV, and Meeting Room Rental. The role acts as the liaison between Meeting Planners and hotel staff and on-site contact for the smooth execution of all events. What you can expect

Serve as liaison between Meeting Planners and hotel staff to ensure services are delivered as communicated Gain commitment from customers and coordinate with all departments to deliver events Act as on-site contact for smooth execution of events Qualifications
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment; refined verbal and written communication skills Minimum 2 years of hotel event sales/event planning or comparable experience (preferred) Proficiency in general computer knowledge Detail oriented, organized, able to handle a fast-paced environment Two years hotel experience or completion of Event Management trainee program (preferred) Candidate has completed PSS or equivalent training (preferred)
