We’re entering an exciting stage of growth and are looking for a Managing Director to serve as a senior partner to our CEO—owning the day-to-day performance and growth of the business while enabling the CEO to focus on closing marquee talent and brand partnerships. The Managing Director will oversee the firm’s strategy, financial performance, and organizational leadership. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, proven operational excellence, and the ability to build senior-level relationships with both top-tier brands and talent. You will be responsible for scaling the business, driving profitability, and ensuring the company runs seamlessly—allowing the CEO to focus on the highest-value client and talent opportunities. Responsibilities

Define and execute the firm’s long-term growth strategy, in partnership with the CEO. Identify new revenue streams, partnerships and service-line expansion opportunities. Cultivate and manage C-suite brand relationships and top-tier talent relationships, helping close and grow marquee accounts. Serve as a senior presence in key negotiations, pitches, and partnerships. Manage senior leaders, including the Director of Revenue/Growth and key talent/operations leads. Recruit, develop, and retain top talent aligned with company goals and culture. Build a high-performance, collaborative, and creative culture. Represent the firm at industry conferences, panels, and in media appearances as needed. Act as a thought leader in influencer marketing, strengthening the firm’s credibility. Own P&L accountability, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met. Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting in collaboration with finance. Establish clear KPIs, performance dashboards, and accountability frameworks. Requirements

4+ years of experience in senior leadership roles, ideally in influencer marketing, talent management, media, or consumer marketing. Strong network of brand partners / clients Proven track record of scaling revenue and managing P&L. Strong strategic and operational leadership experience with teams of 10+. Deep understanding of influencer marketing, creator economy, and brand partnerships. What You’ll Get
