Overview

The General Hospital Corporation / Mass General Brigham is seeking a Program Manager for three SHRS programs: Health Professions Education (HPEd), Health Sciences: MS Data Analytics (MSDA), and Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA). The role includes general administrative and operations support for student and faculty activities, budget, personnel, academic proposals, accreditation reports, and policy interpretation. The Program Manager will coordinate with multiple offices and units to effectively communicate and represent the school, programs, and IHP course offerings. Location: 100 First Avenue; Hybrid work arrangement with some on-site requirements. Regular schedule of 40 hours per week. Responsibilities

Provide general administrative and operations support for the SHRS programs: HPEd, MSDA, and MHA, including student and faculty support, budgeting, personnel, academic proposals, accreditation reports, and policy interpretation. Become knowledgeable about the Institute, SHRS, and related academic units to effectively communicate and represent the school and programs. Collaborate with SHRS leadership and staff as well as Admissions, the Registrar, the Office of Enrollment Services, the Office of Student and Alumni Services, the Office of Information Technology, and the MVCE Office. Coordinate with the program manager of the other SHRS programs to identify efficiencies across departments and programs. Attend and oversee logistics for occasional weekend and evening events. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required. 2-4 years of experience in an academic office or student services environment. Prior experience in academic healthcare professions–related program administration preferred. Experience with online and web-based educational programs preferred. Skills and Competencies

Excellent written and verbal communication; strong English language skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple deliverables. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and detail-oriented abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with Zoom and virtual meeting management; experience with student support software and LMS. Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively in a team; initiative in problem-solving. Ability to manage multiple projects and develop progress reports; ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Other Requirements and Details

Hybrid work conditions; some flexibility for time zones and on-site requirements. Supervisory responsibilities may include program coordinators or graduate assistants. Fiscal/budget responsibility: manage expenses across two departments with a combined annual budget of approximately $3M; manage POs, check requests, and expense reports. Training provided; paid time to learn job responsibilities and systems used by IHP/MGB. Working Conditions

Hybrid work arrangement combining remote and on-site work. Some scheduling flexibility due to student time zones. Reliable internet access required from off-site locations. Additional Details

Location: 100 First Avenue; Schedule: 40 hours/week; Employment type: Regular; Work shift: Day (USA). Pay Range: $62,400.00 - $90,750.40 per year; Grade 6.
