We are working with a leading civil and environmental consultancy seeking to appoint a Senior Project Manager within their growing Water/Wastewater practice. This role combines project leadership and technical delivery with client-facing responsibilities and business development. The Opportunity This position is ideal for an experienced project manager who enjoys both managing and delivering projects, while also developing client relationships and supporting market growth. You’ll play a key role in winning work, leading teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery across water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of water/wastewater projects, from planning and design through to execution and close-out. Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary project teams, ensuring technical excellence and collaborative delivery. Maintain and expand client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor for municipal, utility, and industrial clients. Support business development through proposal preparation, pursuit strategies, and client engagement. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field (Master’s preferred). Professional Engineer (PE) license required. 10+ years of water/wastewater engineering and project management experience. Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and teams effectively. Strong client relationship skills with some track record in business development. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities. Why Join?
