We are seeking a motivated Site Manager to join our team and lead day-to-day operations at our Boca Raton location. Responsibilities
Oversee daily site operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow Manage, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service Monitor quality standards for washes, detailing, and overall site cleanliness Handle scheduling, inventory management, and basic equipment upkeep Address customer concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skills Track and report on performance metrics, including sales and membership growth Work closely with ownership to implement promotions, improve efficiency, and grow revenue Qualifications
2+ years of experience in management or supervisory roles (automotive, retail, or service industry ) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Basic mechanical or facility knowledge a plus Comfortable with scheduling, POS systems, and handling cash/transactions Reliable, organized, and results-driven What We Offer
