Full-time Service Region: UCC Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery Lead Salesforce CPQ/RCA and Billing implementation projects from initiation to go-live. Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and budgets. Establish and run project governance, steering committees, and stakeholder communications. Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for business and IT stakeholders, including C-level executives. Manage customer expectations and drive alignment between business goals and technical solutions. Facilitate workshops for requirements, business process redesign, and solution validation. Solution & Domain Expertise Oversee design and delivery of Quote-to-Cash solutions, including: Product configuration Pricing models (subscription, usage-based, one-time, custom pricing) Revenue recognition Contract lifecycle and amendments Billing and invoicing integrations with ERP/Finance systems Ensure CPQ, RCA, and Billing best practices are applied to deliver scalable, robust solutions. Team & Vendor Management Manage cross-functional teams including Salesforce consultants, architects, developers, and business analysts. Coordinate with offshore/onshore resources and external vendors/partners. Mentor junior PMs and consultants on Salesforce delivery methodologies. Risk & Quality Assurance Identify and mitigate project risks proactively. Ensure solution quality through design reviews, test planning, and UAT sign-offs. Manage cutover planning, deployment readiness, and hypercare support. Requirements

10+ years of IT project management experience with 5+ years managing Salesforce programs. Proven end-to-end project management experience in CPQ, RCA, and Billing implementations (minimum 2 full lifecycle projects). Strong knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud modules, including: CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) RCA (Revenue Cloud Automation / Revenue Recognition) Billing (subscription, usage, invoicing, dunning, credit notes) Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP/Finance systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) for invoicing and revenue processes. Expertise in Agile and Hybrid delivery methodologies. Exceptional stakeholder management and CXO-level communication skills. Ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce capabilities and influence solution decisions. PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or Salesforce certifications (e.g., CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Consultant) are a strong plus. Desired Attributes Strong business acumen with an understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-project environments. Proven record of delivering complex, global Salesforce programs on time and budget. Collaborative leader with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Must have skills :
