Overview Collaborate with business leadership to develop holistic IT strategies, enable and support business growth and success, and solve business problems.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high‑performing IT organization that supports the business with excellence.
Provide forward‑looking technology‑related recommendations to enable improved business performance.
Recommend and implement infrastructure solutions and manage vendors to provide those solutions.
Manage and support a network with approximately one hundred locations across the United States and Canada.
Support the business with resources to address user hardware, software, and network problems.
Establish a roadmap for effective business intelligence, analytics, and decision support.
Ensure and maintain a secure network environment and lead the organization toward external cybersecurity compliance certifications.
Ensure a functioning disaster recovery plan as it relates to core IT systems.
Develop training content to help the business get the most out of its IT investment.
Create and manage KPIs for the IT function.
Other projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
Business partnering and servant leadership approach to supporting the business.
Disposition and initiative to seek improvement and challenge the status quo.
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong blend ofExecutive‑level communication skills coupled with the technical acumen to lead a diverse IT team.
Track record of successful IT leadership across multiple disciplines.
Willingness to work in the office, network and engage with internal business leaders, and travel for business occasionally.
Education: bachelor’s degree in computer science or a closely related field preferred.
Experience: At least ten years of IT experience with advancing responsibilities across a variety of IT areas.
Location Must be local to Memphis, TN, or willing to relocate. This is a full‑time, on‑site position.
