The contract phase lets both sides assess fit with high ownership, high impact, and high expectations. If successful, the path to permanent employment will take no longer than 3 months. About The Opportunity Reporting directly to one of our cofounders, you will partner closely with senior leaders and lead our most critical searches across a variety of business functions. Jerry.ai builds the first super app to help people save time and money on their car, a $2T market in the U.S. Since 2019, we have over 5M customers, raised $240M in funding, and grown revenue 60X with a team of 225 across 7 countries. How You Will Make An Impact Own full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level searches (including leadership hiring) across product management, software engineering, data science, business operations, design & research, growth, legal, people operations, finance, etc. Work with hiring leaders in the U.S. and Canada to develop effective recruiting strategies to meet growth needs. Mentor and support junior team members on the recruiting team. Continuously review, reflect, and iterate on recruiting and interviewing practices to maximize efficiency and quality. Who You Are You are a true partner to hiring leaders, elevating talent density with each hire and driving the business forward. You are a high achiever, always raising the bar for yourself and others. You are comfortable operating within defined parameters and with ambiguity. You appreciate the complexity of delivering a stellar recruiting experience and are passionate about refining your craft. Ideal Profile 7+ years of recruiting experience with progressively increasing complexity in the searches you have run. Prior recruiting experience at fast-growth startups for product management, product design, or business operations is strongly preferred. Compensation and Benefits The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed on this job posting, determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, compensation may include equity grants. We offer a comprehensive benefits package to regular employees, including health, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, paid parental leave, 401(k) with matching, and wellness benefits.
