About The Opportunity Reporting directly to one of our cofounders, you will partner closely with senior leaders and own our most critical searches across multiple business functions. How You Will Make An Impact Own full cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level searches (including leadership hiring) across product management, software engineering, data science, business operations, design & research, growth, legal, people operations, finance, and more. Collaborate with hiring leaders in the U.S. and Canada to develop effective recruiting strategies for ongoing growth. Mentor and support junior teammates on the recruiting team. Continuously review and improve recruiting and interviewing practices to balance time efficiency with quality. Who You Are You are a true partner to hiring leaders, focused on elevating talent density with each hire to drive the business forward. You are a high achiever, consistently raising the bar for yourself and others. You are comfortable operating within defined parameters and in high-ambiguity environments. You value delivering a stellar recruiting experience and are passionate about refining your craft. Ideal Profile 7+ years of recruiting experience with progressively more complex searches. Prior recruiting experience at fast-growth startups for product management, product design, or business operations is strongly preferred.
