Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools; recommend strategies for growth and increased engagement. Stay up to date on trends, features, and best practices in social media; advise on new opportunities for institutional storytelling. Proactively pitch faculty experts to secure media opportunities where they can offer expert commentary on legal, social, and policy issues. Support media relations efforts by drafting press releases, media advisories, and statements. Serve as a point of contact for media inquiries and coordinate interviews with faculty experts and administrators as needed. Closely track brand reputation, analyze trends, distribute press releases, and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns using Meltwater, the School’s media intelligence, social media management, and social listening platform. Collaborate with Communications, Events, Admissions, Advancement, and Alumni Relations to ensure alignment of messaging and maximize visibility. Monitor news and social trends to identify opportunities for proactive storytelling and thought leadership. Required

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance proactive planning with responsive communications needs. Preferred
