Join adidas in redefining the retail experience across North America. This role leads Retail Store Design and Planning for the US and Canada, adapting global concepts to create engaging, consumer-focused environments. You'll collaborate across teams to ensure every store reflects our brand and meets the expectations of our communities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the development and localization of retail concepts tailored to North American markets
Collaborate with internal and external teams to bring store designs to life while maintaining design integrity and cost efficiency
Monitor industry trends to inform innovative design strategies across physical and digital retail spaces
Guide and support a team of designers and planners to deliver high-impact retail environments
Manage budgets and timelines for retail design programs with strategic and commercial focus

Expertise in retail store design and concept development
Experience leading and developing teams

Proven ability to implement retail concepts across diverse markets
Familiarity with design and technical innovation in retail environments
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
10+ years in retail design and development, including fashion retail
Experience working with global markets or within adidas
3+ years in a leadership role
Ability to travel up to 25%
Hybrid work model: in-office Monday-Thursday, remote flexibility on Fridays
