Join us in shaping the future of retail at adidas. This role leads Retail Store Design and Planning across the US and Canada, adapting global concepts to create immersive, consumer-focused experiences. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure every store reflects the spirit of our brand and the expectations of our communities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the development and localization of retail concepts for North America, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market needs
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring store designs to life while maintaining design integrity and cost efficiency
Monitor industry trends to inform innovative design strategies across physical and digital retail spaces
Guide and support a team of designers and planners, fostering growth and excellence in execution
Manage budgets and timelines for retail design programs, ensuring strategic and commercial impact

Expertise in retail store design and concept development
Experience leading and developing teams
Strong organizational and planning capabilities
Proven ability to implement retail concepts across diverse markets
Familiarity with design and technical innovation in retail environments
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
10+ years in retail design and development, including fashion retail
Experience working with global markets or within adidas
3+ years in a leadership role
Ability to travel up to 25%
Hybrid work model: in-office Monday–Thursday, remote flexibility on Fridays
