UCI Health is the clinical enterprise of the University of California, Irvine, and the only academic health system based in Orange County. UCI Health is comprised of its main campus, UCI Medical Center, a 459-bed, acute care hospital in Orange, Calif., four hospitals and affiliated physicians of the UCI Health Community Network in Orange and Los Angeles counties and ambulatory care centers across the region. Position Summary: Reports directly to the Director of Radiology. The Radiology Manager oversees the daily operations of all Imaging Departments including Computed Tomography (CT), Ultrasound (US), Nuclear Medicine (NM), and MRI. The position will manage and counsel staff as needed. Required Qualifications: Minimum Education: Graduate from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology Current California Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) and Fluoroscopy License Current ARRT Current American Heart Association BLS Certification Minimum Experience: Previous supervisory experience –minimum 2 years 5 years acute care experience or an equivalent thereof with experience in all aspects of Radiology Technology. Preferred Qualifications: Previous Management Experience-2years Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and forms We offer a wealth of benefits to make working at UCI even more rewarding.
