An extremely reputable high-end developer/construction group are seeking a Vice President of Construction / Development, for the development of an ambitious and iconic Luxury Residential development in Miami, Florida. You will oversee the delivery of all elements, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, and quality expectations while managing employees, enforcing policies, and handling hiring, training, performance evaluations, and issue resolution from project inception to completion. You will have outstanding Leadership and People skills. Role Summary: Role: Vice President of Construction & Development - Luxury Residential (multi-family) Location: Miami, FL Salary: $250,000 - $350,000 per year + benefits Responsibilities: Oversee the delivery of all elements, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, and quality expectations while managing employees, enforcing policies, and handling hiring, training, performance evaluations, and issue resolution from project inception to completion. Prerequisites for position Min 10 years senior level construction experience with significant ultra-luxury multi-family developments.
