compassionate and skilled Chaplain/Bereavement Coordinator
to join our growing
hospice team . If you’re passionate about providing
spiritual and emotional support
to patients and families navigating the end-of-life journey, we’d love to hear from you! About Health Link Home Health And Hospice At

enhancing patient care and improving healthcare outcomes . Your Role As a Chaplain/Bereavement Coordinator, You Will Provide
spiritual guidance and emotional support
to patients and families of diverse backgrounds. Offer
bereavement counseling
to loved ones before and after a patient’s passing. Work collaboratively within an
interdisciplinary hospice team
to deliver holistic care. Help individuals and families navigate
grief, loss, and end-of-life transitions
with compassion. What We’re Looking For A
degree or certification
from an accredited seminary or school of theology (BD, MDiv, or equivalent) OR appropriate certification in hospital/pastoral ministry. Experience supporting
end-of-life care, bereavement, or hospice patients
(preferred). Comfort working in an
interfaith setting , providing care to individuals of all spiritual backgrounds. Knowledge of
grief counseling, bereavement support, and hospice philosophy . A
