This role provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through school-based behavioral support. Salary:
$80,000-$110,000 annually (Oakland area: $85,000-$110,000 annually). Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) using data-driven, trauma-informed, and contextually sensitive approaches. Design and oversee the implementation of individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, school psychologists, and families to support student success. Provide consultation and coaching to school staff on evidence-based behavioral strategies. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data. Train and support school staff in behavior-analytic procedures and best practices. Attend IEP meetings and contribute to behavior-related goals and accommodations as appropriate. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with ethical, clinical, and school district standards. Current BCBA certification At least two years of school-based experience implementing ABA interventions and/or supervising programs for students with Autism and related disabilities Experience training school staff and parents Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong speaking, writing, and listening skills; ability to work as a collaborative and supportive team member Fingerprint background clearance Tuberculosis (TB) clearance Equal Opportunity Employer:
