Spearhead a crucial domain of our national expansion strategy - be it regulatory navigation, systems implementation, or financial operations Drive cross-functional execution with complete autonomy and ownership Create, implement, and refine scalable playbooks in real-time Work shoulder-to-shoulder with founders and key stakeholders to build launch-ready infrastructure Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to supercharge operational efficiency What You Won’t Be Doing

Basic Requirements
3+ years of battle-tested experience at MBB (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) Proven ability to navigate and deliver results in high-pressure, ambiguous environments Demonstrated expertise in at least one of: regulatory compliance, onboarding systems, or large-scale financial operations Sharp analytical mind paired with strong bias for action - you know how to turn strategies into results U.S. work authorization and flexibility to travel approximately one week per month Proficiency with AI tools and eagerness to leverage technology for operational excellence About 2 Hour Learning

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
