What You Will Be Doing
Spearhead a critical domain of our national expansion strategy, taking full ownership of either regulatory approvals, onboarding and systems implementation, or financial operations
Drive cross-functional initiatives with complete autonomy and decision-making authority
Pioneer and field-test operational playbooks in real-time conditions
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with founders and key stakeholders to build launch-ready infrastructure
Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to optimize operations and expedite execution
What You Won’t Be Doing
Sitting on the sidelines as a strategic advisor - this role is about direct action
Navigating bureaucratic channels - you\'ll have direct access to decision-makers
Focusing on single-market operations - you\'ll orchestrate simultaneous launches across multiple regions
Waiting for direction - you\'ll be the one setting the course
Passing the buck on crucial decisions - the call is yours to make
Vice President Operations Key Responsibilities Own and architect a fundamental operational pillar in 2HL\'s ambitious national expansion. While we\'ll align you with the pillar that best matches your expertise, you\'ll have complete ownership and accountability for your domain\'s success.
Basic Requirements We\'re building a powerhouse team across multiple operational verticals. Success in any of these roles demands velocity, precision, strategic thinking, and relentless execution.
Minimum 3-year tenure at a premier strategy consulting firm (MBB)
Demonstrated success managing complex operations in high-pressure, ambiguous environments
Exceptional expertise in at least one area: regulatory compliance, onboarding systems, or large-scale financial operations
Self-driven strategic thinker with proven ability to transform plans into results
Authorization to work in the U.S. and availability for monthly travel (approximately 1 week)
Proficiency with AI tools and enthusiasm for leveraging technology to optimize operations

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
