As the

VP, Marketing

for Big Loud Records, you’ll lead the planning, direction, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns for our growing roster of country artists. In this senior Product Manager role, you’ll shape and drive artist positioning, craft compelling stories, and ensure every campaign reflects the artist’s brand. You’ll serve as the key connector across departments, artists and managers, providing comprehensive communication and coordination internally and externally to keep projects moving forward while protecting the overall artist message and brand. What you'll do: Develop and execute frontline album release marketing plans with a focus on consumer-driven, fan-first strategies. Collaborate across label departments to align initiatives that support releases and career growth. Act as the primary liaison between artist and label, ensuring artist goals and sensitivities are understood while diplomatically representing the label’s priorities. Communicate release status, timelines, and key issues to executives and departments across the company. Analyze marketing results and contextual market trends to identify opportunities, reporting findings and insights back to the team. Partner with artists, managers, and internal teams to build, maintain, and evolve artist brands. Generate timelines and budgets for projects, overseeing deadlines and deliverables across departments. Own project ideation and lead the development of creative marketing concepts and initiatives for the Big Loud Records roster. Oversee creation and delivery of all marketing and production assets tied to album releases, singles, and tour campaigns. Understand the demographics and fan behavior of each artist’s audience to create strategies that grow fan engagement and revenue streams. Concept and execute special events and activations tied to album launches, tour milestones, or cultural moments. Manage, mentor, and inspire junior staff while fostering a collaborative, innovative culture. What you have: Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of marketing and/or product management experience at a record label. Proven project management experience leading campaigns from concept through execution. Deep knowledge of label functions, including: Promotion, Digital, Publicity, A&R, Creative, and Production. Superior communication, relationship-building, and teamwork skills with a creative, solutions-focused mindset. Demonstrated success in breaking and developing artists, with a strong knowledge of the country music landscape, fan demographics and industry trends.
