The Senior Director, Media Activation (Paid Social) manages a team responsible for media buying and implementation across multiple channels, with a particular focus on paid social.
You will oversee omni-channel, digital first marketing and advertising campaigns, leveraging your experience across both social as well as programmatic, search and other media channels. Experience in audience strategy and methods of utilizing data effectively to reach the right targets and measure impact is critical.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship: Develop and maintain meaningful and productive client relationships to ensure that strategic recommendations, deliverables and execution of paid media surpass client expectations. Partner with internal media planners, analysts, social strategists and account leads in consulting clients. Provide proactive recommendations on research findings, campaign results, industry trends and innovation, competitive pressures to keep clients informed and manage programs upon best practices of paid social. Manage multiple client engagements of varying sizes in a fast-paced environment within the health/wellness/pharma industry. Required Skills & Experience
A leader – the knowledge, skills, and demeanor to guide, mentor and lead teams and assure that teams are delivering exceptional work for our clients. An experienced paid social pro who knows the platforms inside and out. 8+ years of experience managing media with hands on experience buying on platform, implementing, trafficking, optimizing and reporting on media buys.
