The Associate Director, Integrated Media Planning acts as a paid media partner with the client and internal stakeholders and as a leader to the strategic direction of their brands. You will contribute to driving an audience-first, planning and activation agenda working with Media Activation and Analytics teams. Develop a holistic paid campaign strategy across all media channels; lead and manage a team in a player/coach style; foster a positive, entrepreneurial team culture; demonstrate a solid understanding of media across channels. Be data-driven in approach, identify effective strategies to address client needs, and apply strong analytic and technical knowledge. Navigate between projects and priorities while leading a book of clients; maintain direct client contact and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure day-to-day activity runs smoothly. Manage workloads of the team and troubleshoot concerns with clients, suppliers and partners; step in to assist during peak times and lead on the largest projects as needed. Ensure smart, omni-channel plans are delivered and activation strategy is well planned; coordinate strategy & activation processes inside and outside paid media; act as a valuable partner across the organization. Able to navigate a large, multi-stakeholder environment and Real Chemistry’s interconnected ecosystem. What you should have

5-7+ years of experience with digital media planning, activation and 2+ years of progressive responsibility including team management Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills; comfortable communicating with senior-level clients, external and internal partners Ability to balance multiple projects, meet deadlines under pressure, and work independently Strong analytical abilities, quantitative skills, and math proficiency; ability to prioritize projects and multitask Experience with media research and reporting resources; understanding of ad servers, attribution models and performance media tactics Growth-oriented, test-and-learn approach to digital media Solid understanding of client data management platforms, segments, and audience targeting Experience with analytics, reporting and data aggregation platforms (e.g., DOMO, Tableau) Experience with omni-digital channels; healthcare/pharmaceutical experience a plus or in other regulated industries Pay Range:

$90,000-$100,000 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
