Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Planning Manager, located in Kansas City, MO. The Event Planning Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing various events from planning to execution. Specific tasks include developing event plans, liaising with clients, overseeing customer service, coordinating with vendors, and managing event staff. This role requires ensuring all events are executed seamlessly and meet or exceed client expectations. Additional responsibilities include generating sales by promoting event services and maintaining detailed records of each event.

Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Expertise in Event Planning and Event Management Experience in Sales and client relationship management Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work on-site in Kansas City, MO Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field preferred Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
