We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive our global marketing strategy and brand positioning in the industrial technology sector. This hybrid position will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that showcase PaneraTech's innovative solutions to glass and steel manufacturers worldwide.
Responsibilities include:
Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, create and manage annual marketing plans, and collaborate with executive leadership.
Digital Marketing & Content Strategy: Lead digital marketing initiatives, manage marketing automation platforms, and create and optimize content for multiple channels and international audiences.
Brand Management & Communications: Maintain and evolve PaneraTech's brand identity and messaging, develop marketing collateral, and manage corporate communications and public relations initiatives.
Event Marketing & Industry Relations: Plan and execute participation in major glass and steel industry trade shows and conferences.
Sales Enablement & Support: Create sales tools and presentations, develop customer case studies, and support the sales team with technical marketing materials and competitive intelligence.
Analytics & Performance Management: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, develop reporting dashboards, and manage marketing budget and optimize spend allocation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, with 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in industrial technology or manufacturing sectors.
Digital marketing expertise, including proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience creating technical content, and strong presentation skills.
