Overview
Marketing Manager/Senior Communications Manager - R&D role supporting the global Corporate Affairs team. Responsible for executing internal and external communications plans that amplify the organization\'s scientific narrative, drive high-impact communications initiatives, support executive visibility, and contribute to storytelling that connects R&D work to the company\'s broader mission. Location
Cambridge, MA (Hybrid) – Hybrid- 3 days a week in Cambridge, MA Duration

Strategic Communications Support: Partner with the Head of R&D Communications to develop and execute integrated communication plans aligned with R&D and corporate priorities. Translate complex scientific and medical concepts into compelling narratives for diverse audiences. Develop and manage content for internal channels (e.g., town halls, newsletters, intranet) and external platforms (e.g., media, social, speaking engagements). Support preparation for internal and external engagements involving R&D leaders (briefing materials, talking points, presentation decks, etc.). Originate and edit high-quality written materials including articles, announcements, video scripts, and executive communications. Ensure messaging consistency and appropriate tone across all R&D communications. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with R&D Chiefs of Staff, Corporate Communications, HR, and other cross-functional teams to align messaging and execution. Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in communications, preferably in biotech, pharma, or healthcare. Excellent writing skills and executive presence, with experience working with senior leaders. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects. Passion for science-driven storytelling; familiarity with scientific terminology and biotech regulatory environments. Education
Bachelor\'s degree required, ideally in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field. Employment Type
