An Engineering Manager overseeing multiple Scrum teams working on technologies such as Java, Python, AI/ML, MongoDB, and DevOps is responsible for leadership, technical oversight, Agile execution, stakeholder management, and fostering team growth. Primary Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management

Lead and mentor cross-functional Scrum teams Conduct performance evaluations, provide career development opportunities, and resolve conflicts Recruit and onboard skilled engineers, fostering an inclusive and collaborative team culture

Agile/Scrum Practices

Implement Agile methodologies and oversee Scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and ensure timely delivery of high-quality sprint deliverables

Technical Oversight

Provide technical guidance on Java, Python, AI/ML, MongoDB, and DevOps projects Participate in code reviews, architectural design discussions, and enforce coding standards and best practices Oversee AI/ML model development and database optimization while promoting DevOps practices like CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation

Strategic Planning and Delivery

Define and execute project roadmaps aligned with business goals Manage risks, dependencies, and milestones to ensure successful project delivery Encourage innovation and process improvement to enhance productivity and quality

Stakeholder and Cross-Team Collaboration

Collaborate with Product Management, QA, UX, and other teams to align engineering efforts with business priorities Communicate project progress, risks, and timelines to stakeholders effectively

Budget and Resource Management

Plan and manage budgets, tools, and resources while collaborating with third-party vendors when necessary

Organizational Development

Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, diversity, and inclusion Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the teams

About the Role

By fulfilling these responsibilities, the Engineering Manager ensures the successful delivery of technical solutions while driving team growth, collaboration, and alignment with organizational goals. Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Computers Skills:
