Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Business Applications to own and scale the systems that power our SaaS Lead-to-Revenue engine. In this role, you’ll lead the strategy and execution across Salesforce, NetSuite, and our subscription billing stack, ensuring seamless operations across Sales, RevOps, Finance, Customer Success, and GTM functions.
What You’ll Do
Develop the Business Systems roadmap for Salesforce, NetSuite, CPQ, and Billing initiatives with company growth objectives
Lead end-to-end process automation for Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Invoice, and Renewal-to-Retention workflows
Enhance or implement CPQ, Usage/Metered Billing, Proration, Amendments, and Multi-Entity/Multicurrency capabilities
Oversee integrations between CRM, ERP, and Billing, ensuring consistency across applications and downstream reporting
Drive data integrity and reporting visibility across ARR, MRR, churn, collections, and revenue metrics
Ensure alignment between Sales Ops, RevOps, and Finance on deal flows, approvals, provisioning, and invoicing
Manage change control, testing, documentation, and SOX/compliance governance for financial systems
Lead and mentor system admins, analysts, or SI partners, building an efficient operations engine
Monitor system performance, adoption, and ROI — continuously improving usability and efficiency
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
12+ years in Business Systems / RevOps / IT Applications roles, with a focus on SaaS or Subscription revenue models
Deep expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ or Service) and NetSuite ERP in a SaaS environment
Hands-on experience with subscription billing platforms such as NetSuite SuiteBilling, or Salesforce/Zuora/Chargebee/Stripe Billing
Strong understanding of ARR, MRR, renewals, amendments, usage billing, and revenue recognition (ASC 606)
Proven ability to design and scale Lead-to-Cash architectures across GTM and Finance systems
Experience integrating CRM, ERP, Billing, and Data Warehouse environments using APIs or iPaaS middleware
Strong program management and stakeholder alignment skills across Finance, Sales, IT, and Product
Familiarity with SOX, audit-readiness, ITGCs, or system governance in financial systems
Exceptional communicator, able to simplify complexity and drive adoption across technical and non-technical users
Preferred Qualifications
Experience at a high-growth SaaS or multi-product subscription company
Background in SaaS, Subscription, or Usage-Based Billing environments
Familiarity with self-service checkout, PLG billing, or automated provisioning flows
Exposure to BI / RevOps analytics stacks (Snowflake, Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
Salesforce or NetSuite certifications (Admin, Architect, ERP Consultant)
Background in pricing operations, deal desk, or renewal automation initiatives
Exposure to SOX, GDPR, or audit-readiness environments
Prior experience building or scaling a Business Systems / RevOps team
