Overview
Sr. Finance Manager at Aston Carter. The role focuses on owning and improving P&L forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close processes to deliver clear and actionable financial insights. You will build and maintain scalable driver-based financial models, streamline processes, automate inputs, and consolidate results into executive-ready reporting. You will partner with business, accounting, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in submissions and develop value-added reporting and analytical tools to measure performance and identify opportunities. Responsibilities
Own and improve the P&L forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close processes. Deliver clear and actionable financial insights. Build and maintain scalable driver-based financial models across revenue and cost lines. Streamline financial processes and automate inputs to increase efficiency and accuracy. Consolidate financial results into reporting packages with executive-ready summaries and insights. Partner with business, accounting, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in submissions. Develop value-added reporting and analytical tools to measure performance and identify opportunities. Essential Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred. 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including 4+ years in ecommerce finance (strongly preferred). Proficiency with ERP systems, financial modeling, and reporting tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence at all levels. Work Environment

Pay range: $85.00 - $90.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
