As a Real Estate Litigation Associate, your responsibilities will include Representing clients in all stages of real estate litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and appeal processes. Managing a diverse case load involving complex real estate disputes, such as boundary issues, title disputes, and landlord-tenant conflicts. Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Conducting extensive legal research and fact-finding to support case strategies. Collaborating with team members to develop and implement effective litigation strategies. Qualifications
To be considered for the role of Real Estate Litigation Associate, candidates must possess the following qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to the bar in Massachusetts. A minimum of five years of experience in real estate litigation, with a strong track record of successful case outcomes.
