My client needs someone who can hit the ground running with tax preparation and client management. You\'ll be preparing and reviewing federal, state, and local tax returns across various entity types, managing your own portfolio of clients, and mentoring junior team members. There\'s real growth potential here for the right person. What I\'m Looking For
2+ years of tax accounting experience - from a public accounting background CPA qualified is strongly preferred (or actively pursuing) Strong technical skills with tax software and Excel Someone who can manage multiple deadlines without breaking a sweat Excellent client-facing skills - you\'ll be building relationships, not just crunching numbers Must be within commutable distance to Cranford, NJ - this is an in-office role Why This Role?
