Master Data Governance/Management - Senior - Consulting - Location OPEN at EY. EY’s Analytics and Data team seeks a Master Data Management Senior focusing on defining and driving data management strategy and technology implementation. The role guides clients through adoption and implementation of advanced technologies and involves designing and applying methods, practices, policies, tools, and processes to govern the lifecycle of data assets. Responsibilities

Designing and implementing data governance frameworks that align with business objectives. Collaborating with stakeholders to build analytics solutions that deliver tangible business value. Conducting maturity assessments to enhance data management capabilities across the organization. Developing solutions to complex problems, including functional and technical design of master data management software. Guiding clients in defining a data governance strategy including data quality, data catalog, master data management, analytics use cases, AI/ML data readiness, and systems alignment to ERP and CRM applications. Implementing data integrity assurance using cutting-edge data quality tools and processes. Engaging in requirement gathering, interpreting BRDs, and developing source-to-target mappings with system analysts. Leading multiple engagements concurrently to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction. Occasional travel to meet with external clients and engage with stakeholders on impactful projects. Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (4-year) in Engineering, Advanced Data Analytics, or a related technical field. Minimum of 3 years of direct involvement with MDM tools including SAP MDG and/or Informatica MDM. ERP implementation experience including full cycles of SAP with SAP MDG as a component. Typically at least 3 years of relevant developer experience in master data management software. Strong understanding of Data Governance principles and enterprise IT architecture. Experience with metadata management and ontology design; knowledge of data privacy and governance principles. Proficiency with cloud technologies (AWS and/or Azure) is preferred. Strong leadership, communication skills, and ability to drive business outcomes; ability to engage stakeholders and work in hybrid environments. Willingness to travel internationally to meet client needs; valid driver’s license in the US. Desirable/Ideal Attributes

Experience with complex problem solving and critical thinking; ability to foster inclusive, collaborative teams. Familiarity with digital fluency and hybrid collaboration tools; ability to articulate industry trends to customers. EY offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, a hybrid work model, and a flexible vacation policy. The base salary range for this job in all US locations is $106,900 to $176,500. In NYC Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento): $128,400 to $200,600. Salaries are determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography; Total Rewards include medical/dental coverage, pension and 401(k), and PTO options. Most client-serving roles are expected to work in a hybrid model (roughly 40-60% in person over a project or engagement).
