What You Bring:
6+ years’ multi-unit restaurant GM experience (coffee shop background required)
Proven record of exceeding revenue goals and operational standards
Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills
Deep understanding of diverse culinary concepts and trends
Passion for sustainability, ethical sourcing, and community engagement
Willingness to relocate or reside in the Charleston market
