Currently hiring for experienced commercial plumbers in Hickory, NC. Pay is $25 - $30 an hour based on skill set and level of experience. Commercial Plumber Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following: Install, repair and maintain water lines, drainage systems, and gas lines Assemble, install, and fix pipes, fittings, fixtures, and water heating equipment Identify and solve plumbing problems promptly and efficiently Carry out routine maintenance to keep plumbing systems running smoothly Read and understand blueprints and building plans to guide work processes Collaborate with other construction workers, like electricians and HVAC specialists, for safe and proper plumbing system installation Adhere to building codes and safety standards Keep detailed records of services performed and materials used Deliver professional and courteous customer service to ensure client satisfaction Weld and connect copper pipes Complete groundwork Install various fixtures Have experience with PVC/CPVC, copper, and cast iron materials Perform pipefitting tasks Manage waste and vent systems Commercial Plumber Qualifications: 5+ years plumbing experience Your own reliable transportation Your own tools Valid Driver's License and thee ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check Benefits: Weekly pay Referral program Paid time off and Holiday pay Medical, dental, vision insurance 401k
