Summary The Human Resources & Team Relations Manager is responsible for providing leadership and guidance for the HR & TR work group at our plant in Ellabell, Georgia. This position will provide consistent administration of company policies, processes, and procedures. Ensures compliance with all Federal, State, & Local laws and regulations. Assist in administering union avoidance strategies,

investigating/resolving

team member complaints, and training, coaching, and mentoring at all levels of the organization.

ABOUT MOBIS NORTH AMERICA ELECTRIFIED POWERTRAIN, LLC MOBIS North America electrified Powertrain LLC (MNAe) is a Tier 1 supplier of BSA and PE systems, which are vital parts to produce electric vehicles, based on state-of-art manufacturing technology related to battery system assembly.

Essential Functions

(To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)

Oversee and refine employee standards and procedures, using existing HR systems, as well as recommend improved processes and new solutions based on best practice. Support departments in developing and delivering strategic HR/TR plans that align with overall business objectives. Build effective business relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering trust and promoting collaboration. Oversees and timely completes all internal investigations including, but not limited to, complaints of harassment or discrimination and violations of company policy. Oversees the corrective action process, including supporting management, ensuring fair, timely, and effective issuance of corrective action where appropriate, and ensures proper and consistent documentation according to company policy. Coaches and counsels, all levels of management on conflict resolution and interpretation of company policies and procedures Communicates daily with direct reports to provide guidance and support. Manages the Team Member Opinion Survey process including design, implementation, and analysis of results and follow ups. Works with all levels of management to communicate information in a timely manner. Reviews all handbook policies and procedures for validity and reliability, recommends changes as needed. Manages Team Member training sessions with regards to company policies and procedures Develops, implements, and manages a Union Avoidance Strategy, manages union-avoidance training for all Team Members Develops a Union Response Team and a planned response to union organizing efforts. Provides prompt advice to Supervisors, Managers and Directors on the full range of non-union and employee relations matters. Maintains relationships, and coordinates sharing of union avoidance information, with all OEM automotive plants and suppliers including Mercedes, Nissan, Volkswagen, BMW, Subaru, Toyota, Nissan, KIA, and Hyundai Conducts and leads benchmarking related to positive team relations and union avoidance and day-to-day human resources issues. Facilitates scheduling and coordination of President/CEO Roundtable meetings and timely prepares reports and facilitates resolution of issues raised in meeting. Prepares written reports, correspondence, and presentations to senior leadership as needed. Keeps abreast of current legal, labor relations and industry trends. Represents the company in all unemployment compensation hearings. Leads by example by modeling compliance with all company policies. Complies with and promotes safety in the workplace, to include attendance at safety meetings as well as conducts safety meetings when necessary.

Required Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field At least Five years of experience in an HR or Employee Relations Manager role Working knowledge of all aspects of employment law including State and Federal employment regulations

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Proven knowledge of fact-finding investigation procedures, ability to train staff. Proven knowledge of union avoidance strategies and techniques Ability to write and administer legally defensible handbook policies and procedures. Ability to develop executive level presentations and to implement strategic direction. Ability to investigate and resolve internal Team Member complaints. Ability to interpret the Team Member Handbook and to administer policies and procedures fairly and consistently. Ability to train, coach, and mentor Team Members at all levels.

Preferred Education & Experience:

Master's degree in human resources or related field Professional Human Resources Certification (PHR or SHRM-CP or higher) Working knowledge of workplace violence prevention, intervention, and resolution, and experience working with a Crisis Intervention Team Working knowledge of SAP or other HRIS software Working experience in a field of Automotive industry
