Global Account HSSE Director – leading a team of HSSE professionals across 3 regions to implement and manage HSSE for one of JLL’s largest global Work Dynamics accounts. The objective is ensuring employees and sub-contractors return home safely at the end of each working day. The role is highly visible and fast-paced; the successful candidate will provide timely, relevant information and appropriate counsel on HSSE matters to stakeholders, ignite a strong culture of health and safety, and deliver world-class HSSE results, improved productivity and flawless execution. The role reports to the Work Dynamics Global HSSE Lead with day-to-day accountability to the Global Account Director and regular HSSE performance reporting to the Global Account Leadership team and the Client Global Head of Health & Safety. Other key stakeholders include regional Operations leads, Engineering, Risk & Compliance, Finance, HR, Projects, and Client Corporate Real Estate Team leads. What this job involves Responsibilities

Implement Global Work Dynamics HSSE strategic objectives and ensure operational relevance for the account. Manage and reduce operational risks by providing guidance on health and safety risk management at all levels. Provide technical advice on HSSE issues and communicate changes in legislation affecting service delivery or client occupancy. Maintain knowledge of current legislation; identify improvement opportunities and help the account team implement practical, cost-effective HSSE controls. Ensure building-related risk assessments are in place per legal requirements and Client Global Risk Control Standards. Manage incident and accident investigations for the account. Organize, implement and maintain an effective HSSE communication plan for the account. Leadership

Foster a culture of safety across the account. Lead, manage and develop regional HSSE teams and maintain an appropriate structure for operational HSSE management. Develop relationships with internal and external EHS stakeholders; proactively manage client relationships to meet service levels. Deliver exceptional service to the client as evidenced by feedback; embed JLL Work Dynamics HSSE requirements and client standards. Collaborate with Account Teams, Client organizations and 3rd party vendors; contribute to the global HSSE leadership program. Ensure 3rd party vendors comply with JLL Work Dynamics and Client HSSE Standards. Standards

Oversee implementation and maintenance of HSSE controls, standards, procedures and guidelines; ensure compliance with HSSE obligations and JLL’s HSE aspirations. Develop and deliver best-practice HSE training programs and resources. Implement HSE strategy and protocols for safety performance of contractors and supply chain vendors. Oversee regulatory responsibilities and best practices globally, including management of changes in legislation; support ISO certifications and related standards. Qualifications

Extensive HSSE management experience within operational management systems and with corporate clients. Professional HSSE qualifications and memberships; experience in managing systems development, implementation and auditing. Deep understanding of HSE regulatory environments in major markets; experience with HSE technology platforms and data management across multiple regions. Experience leading large, multicultural teams; practical knowledge of real estate risk management across a multi-site portfolio. Problem-solving experience in HSSE, implementing risk controls; agile leadership and stakeholder management in a matrix structure. Strong orientation to goals and measurable results; excellent communication and coaching skills. Other Personal Characteristics

Positive, proactive, energetic approach to safety management; strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence across levels. Knowledge of internationally recognized HSSE management systems. Ability to identify performance indicators and actions to improve performance; strong cultural awareness and ethical standards. Compensation and Location

Estimated compensation: 100,000 – 145,000 USD per year. This range is an estimate; final compensation depends on qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
