Overview

The Event Set Up Supervisor is responsible for supervising, leading, instructing, and working alongside the Event Set Up House Attendants. This role includes reading, implementing, and following the Event Orders direction to set up meeting rooms, including arranging rooms with tables, chairs, stages, and related equipment. The Event Set Up Supervisor should have effective interpersonal communication skills and the ability to read, analyze, and communicate diagrams. A minimum of 1-2 years banquet set up or related food and beverage experience. Ability to work at a fast pace. Ability to stand and walk for the duration of an 8-hour work shift. A genuine desire to satisfy the needs of customers in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift heavy items such as tables and chairs. Excellent communication (verbal & written). Excellent customer service skills.
