The Event Billing Coordinator will be responsible for the following: Event Billing Status Report – weekly task Group Business Billing Billing Updates Cashless Bar Checks Catering Cancellation Fees All duties as related to Billing of Events/Catering Business Qualifications
2 years minimum Billing or Finance Clerk experience Highly organized Great verbal/written skills Great interpersonal communications skills Proficiency and working knowledge of Catering/Events Systems is preferred Proficiency working with Microsoft Apps such as Excel Proficiently navigate computer systems and applications Seniority level
