Our Domino's Pizza General Manager role involves leading the store operations, developing the team, maintaining high standards for customer service and product quality, and driving store profitability. Responsibilities
You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. Set the example and ensure adherence to all policies and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew. Lead the team, manage staffing and scheduling, and ensure store cleanliness and brand standards are upheld. Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Some management experience is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Only individuals who have successfully managed a Domino's Pizza store for at least one year are eligible to apply for a franchise. Benefits and Advancement
