Are you a strategic sales executive with deep expertise in the federal civilian market? Do you bring a proven track record of driving growth, building high-impact relationships, and leading complex federal pursuits in cybersecurity and IT solutions?

The Redda Group has been exclusively retained to identify a Sales Director, Federal Civilian Sales for a premier Cybersecurity & IT Solutions provider at the forefront of digital transformation across federal agencies, enterprise clients, and higher education institutions.

This is a mission-critical leadership role reporting directly to the CEO—ideal for a senior sales professional with a deep understanding of the VAR ecosystem and a passion for delivering innovative, secure, and scalable solutions to the federal government.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the federal civilian sales strategy, with a focus on cybersecurity and digital infrastructure.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic account development, partner collaboration, and federal capture initiatives.
• Oversee proposal development and ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations (FAR).
• Manage executive-level relationships across federal civilian agencies and OEM partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and technology partners to deliver tailored, mission-aligned solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership within the federal civilian market, with a strong focus on cybersecurity and IT services.
• Demonstrated success in closing multi-million-dollar federal contracts and exceeding revenue targets.
• Deep knowledge of federal procurement processes , VAR sales models, and partner ecosystems.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders and federal decision-makers.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred) and pipeline management best practices.

You’ll work alongside industry-leading OEMs including Palo Alto Networks, IBM, Cisco, CrowdStrike, Armis, Tenable, Splunk, Infoblox, Juniper, and Axonius , delivering best-in-class solutions to federal clients.
