About the Role We’re looking for someone who can take full ownership of demand generation—campaigns, events, content, and growth infrastructure. This is not a “post on LinkedIn and wait” role. It’s about building and running programs that bring in real pipeline and revenue. You’ll work closely with the founders, sales, and customers, and you’ll have the opportunity to define how the company tells its story to the world. What You’ll Do Build and run multi-channel campaigns that bring in qualified leads and accelerate sales cycles. Drive the content calendar—covering launches, customer wins, partnerships, and thought leadership. Take charge of events: the team attends 1–2 defense conferences each month, and you’ll lead booth strategy, customer dinners, and overall presence. Own the marketing tech stack—everything from lead capture and nurturing to attribution and analytics. Partner with sales to move leads down the funnel faster. Shape the company’s narrative around how AI is transforming government contracting. Grow the demand gen function and eventually build out a team. What We’re Looking For 2–6 years of experience in
demand generation,
growth , or
product marketing at high-growth
startups
(AI, SaaS, or B2B) . A proven track record of campaigns that delivered measurable pipeline and growth. Deep understanding of
B2B enterprise marketing,
especially when cycles are long and buyers are technical. Hands-on experience running
events ,
conferences , or
field marketing. Someone who thrives in fast-moving, early-stage environments and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. Strong storytelling ability—you can turn complex tech into clear, compelling narratives. Why Join Impact that matters:
