What You'll Do.

Collaborate with the Director of Nursing on staffing, planning, and mentoring new faculty Oversee clinical site relationships and ensure smooth, high-quality clinical experiences for students Support and guide faculty while promoting a positive, engaging learning environment

Requirements.

Registered Nurse licensed in Ohio (unencumbered) Master's Degree in Nursing (required) 5+ years of clinical nursing experience 2+ years of teaching experience in an RN program 1+ year of nursing management experience

Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and creating positive change is a plus.
