Ideal Candidate: 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; public accounting and/or asset management experience preferred

Job Description: We’re recruiting for an Accounting Policy Manager who will be the go-to expert on new standards and regulatory requirements—leading implementations, drafting technical memos, and ensuring financial statements remain fully compliant with U.S. GAAP and SEC guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of new accounting standards and document related guidance and disclosures.
• Conduct research on evolving accounting and regulatory standards, summarizing key impacts for management.
• Maintain and update accounting policies and provide training to Finance staff on standards and best practices.
• Review financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Serve as a key point of contact for auditors and regulators, responding to inquiries and supporting reviews.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; public accounting and/or asset management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC, and other relevant accounting standards
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex information and communicate it clearly
• Experience with financial statement consolidation is a plus
