Title: Software Engineer (React / .NET / Python)
Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid schedule)
Duration: 12 months
Role Type: W2 contract engagement
Schedule: Hybrid schedule

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Title: Software Engineer (React / .NET / Python) with strong expertise in React for front-end development, along with proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Python. The ideal candidate will join an ongoing project and must be able to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain front-end features using React, C#/.NET
• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Python
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing code for performance and scalability
• Contribute to architectural decisions and project planning
• Adapt quickly to a fast-paced development environment

Requirements:

• Strong professional experience with React (front-end development)
• Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Python
• Ability to work independently and contribute to an active, in-progress project
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Availability to start immediately
• Willingness to work onsite 3 days per week

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience or familiarity with prompt engineering or AI tool integration
