Core Responsibilities:
- Owns the client relationship entirely — becomes the “face of Apex” for that program or account
- Manages overall program scope, budget, and schedule at a high level
- Delegates field execution and administrative coordination to PM1s and PM2s
- Ensures consistency across multi-site rollouts (standardization, phasing, logistics, compliance)
- Acts as the central point of communication between client stakeholders and internal Apex teams
- Makes strategic, fast decisions when RFIs or issues arise — no long committee cycles
- Works across multiple time zones and markets (nationally)
Must-Have Profile Traits:
- Retail or QSR rollout experience — must have run 30–100+ sites at once, ideally across multiple states
- Comes from a GC background , not just Owner’s Rep or CM
- Client-facing leadership — someone who owns the success of the program
- Able to delegate , not just execute — must be able to scale through others
- Tech-savvy : Uses tools like Procore, Bluebeam, Smartsheet for program visibility
