We are looking a highly skilled and experienced Global Process Owner for Change Management to lead the development and implementation of a global change management process that ensures seamless integration of new initiatives, projects, and technologies across Walmart's global operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust change management framework that supports business growth, improves operational efficiency, and enhances employee engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a global change management process that aligns with Walmart's business objectives and strategic initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and HR, to identify and prioritize changes that require management. Design and implement change management strategies, plans, and tools to ensure successful adoption of new initiatives, projects, and technologies. Develop and maintain a change management framework that includes processes, procedures, and metrics to measure effectiveness. Provide training and coaching to employees on change management best practices and tools. Identify and mitigate risks associated with changes, and develop contingency plans as needed. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and HR partners. Analyze and report on change management metrics, including adoption rates, employee engagement, and business impact. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in change management, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve Walmart's change management process. You will be successful if you can drive end-to-end process oversight, cross-functional collaboration, performance monitoring, strategic alignment, and continuous improvement. Requirements:
Master's degree in Operations, Business Administration with emphasis in Operations, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in SDLC Change Management, Operations, or a related field. Proven track record of successfully leading change management initiatives in a large, complex organization. Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with change management tools and software, such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar. Fluency in English; additional languages a plus. Preferred Qualifications:
Doctorate or Master's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration with emphasis in Operations, or a related field. Certification in change management (ITIL, ITSM, etc.) Experience in a retail or consumer goods industry. Knowledge of Walmart's business operations and processes.
