As VP of Business Development for Technology Partnerships, you will own the strategy, execution, and growth of our partner ecosystem. You will work with cloud providers, infrastructure vendors, MSSPs, and cybersecurity platforms to co-sell, co-market, and co-build solutions that drive revenue and market share. Based in attractive offices in Arlington, VA- in a hybrid working model, you will report directly to our U.S. General Manager. This role is a sales role and includes revenue targets. Successful achievement of these targets will be recognized and rewarded through a competitive and uncapped sales incentive plan. What you'll be doing

Developing and executing a technology partnership strategy. Identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic alliances with technology partners. Building joint value propositions, integration roadmaps, and co-marketing plans with partners. Negotiating partnership agreements, GTM frameworks, and commercial terms. Collaborating with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure partner alignment. Representing Arqit at industry events, partner summits, and executive briefings. Tracking KPIs including partner pipeline contribution, deal velocity, and partner satisfaction. What we're looking for

10+ years of experience in technology partnerships/business development. Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, ideally with experience in post-quantum encryption and zero-trust architecture. Proven success in building and scaling partner ecosystems with leading technology companies. Strong commercial acumen and experience negotiating complex GTM agreements. Executive presence with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders both internally and externally. Experience with partner CRM tools, ecosystem analytics, and joint pipeline forecasting. Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills. The ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution. Passion for building trust and long-term value in complex ecosystems. Ability to work in the U.S. without restriction. Benefits
